Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Floopr platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. Provider
Floopr.io is a service of mySMTP ApS (mysmtp.com). The service is provided by mySMTP ApS, Refshalevej 163 A, DK-1432 København, Denmark, VAT no.: 29849439. Invoicing, data processing and GDPR obligations are handled on the same legal platform as MySMTP. Contact: hello@floopr.io (support: support@floopr.io).
2. The service
Floopr ingests feedback loop and complaint reports from mailbox providers and aggregators, normalizes them into a single schema, and makes them available through the portal, API, webhooks, scheduled exports and MCP endpoint. Availability of any individual provider feed depends on that provider and on your own enrolment with them.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account and billing details and keep them current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account.
- Accounts are for business use; you must have authority to bind the organization you register.
4. Subscriptions, trial and billing
- Paid plans are Signal, Scanner and Watch Tower, billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe. Yearly billing is discounted 20%. Platform is quoted separately and is not purchasable in-app.
- The Free Test plan is free of charge, requires no payment method, covers up to 4 monitored IPs or domains, and runs for 30 days from sign-up. After that a paid plan is needed to keep monitoring.
- New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. Unless cancelled before it ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription automatically.
- Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation stops renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period and then becomes read-only.
- Prices are exclusive of VAT. Invoices show our legal entity, address and VAT number; EU business customers with a valid VAT ID may be reverse-charged.
- Failed payments trigger Stripe's retry and dunning process; persistent failure may suspend access.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use Floopr to send unsolicited email, to identify or re-identify individual recipients beyond suppression and compliance purposes, or to enrich or resell recipient data.
- Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, probe security controls, or reverse engineer the service.
- You must comply with the terms of each mailbox provider feedback loop you enrol in, and with applicable anti-spam and data protection law.
6. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you submit and to the complaint events generated for your sending infrastructure. We process it only to provide the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. We may use aggregated, non-identifying statistics to improve the service.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee unless a separate service level agreement is signed. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury.
9. Term, suspension and termination
Either party may terminate at the end of a billing period. We may suspend the service for material breach, unlawful use or non-payment. On termination your data is deleted according to the retention schedule; export it before your access ends.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice for material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, with the competent courts of Denmark having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
