About Floopr

Built by the people who run the mail.

Floopr.io is made by the email infrastructure team at mySMTP ApS in Copenhagen. We've spent more than fifteen years operating SMTP relay and deliverability for European senders — which is exactly how long we've been frustrated by feedback loops.

One schema, every provider

ARF, aggregate reports, CSV digests and portal exports differ wildly. We normalize them into a single event shape so your systems only integrate once.

Built for sending systems, not slideware

Everything in the portal is reachable over API, webhook, scheduled export or MCP. If it only exists in a chart, it can't suppress an address.

European by default

Danish company, EU hosting, pseudonymized recipient identifiers and explicit controls around sensitive raw reports. GDPR is a design constraint, not a page.

Why we built it

A feedback loop is the only channel where a mailbox provider tells you, directly, that a real person marked your mail as spam. It is the highest-signal deliverability data that exists — and it arrives as a mess of formats, mailboxes, portals and weekly CSVs, each with its own enrollment process and its own idea of what a complaint looks like.

Most senders end up with a half-maintained parser, an inbox nobody reads, and no way to answer the question that actually matters at 3 a.m.: which stream, which IP, which campaign, and is it getting worse? We built that answer for ourselves first. Floopr is that tooling, generalized: enroll once, normalize everything, and push the result straight back into the sending system that can act on it.

We are deliberately not an ESP and we do not send email on your behalf. Floopr ingests and interprets complaint signals — your platform stays in control of suppression, throttling and remediation.

How we got here

  1. 2007

mySMTP starts as an SMTP relay for Danish businesses that needed mail to actually arrive.

  2. 2008–2024

Years of running relay infrastructure, IP and domain reputation, and deliverability support for senders across Europe — and manually wrangling feedback loops for every one of them.

  3. 2025

The FBL landscape fragments further: some providers send ARF, some aggregate-only, some nothing at all. Every customer rebuilds the same parsing plumbing.

  4. 2026

Floopr.io launches as a dedicated FBL intelligence portal — the internal tooling we wished existed, made available to any sender.
